We conduct appointments strictly on a pre-booked basis and aim to respect your scheduled time. Except for unforeseen emergencies, we guarantee to attend to you within 15 minutes of your appointment. A charge will be levied unless the practice is notified of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Furthermore, a fee will be applicable for any missed appointments unless a valid reason is provided.
